Rooms are available from 4:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Room Policies:

The hotel management is only responsible for items left at the front desk; safes are available in the rooms for storing your personal belongings.

For safety reasons and out of respect for others, smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms. It is also prohibited to use gas or electric appliances in the rooms, such as portable stoves, electric hot plates, etc. The equipment provided to guests in the room must be used for its intended purpose.

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Picnics are not permitted in the guest rooms or common areas.

For aesthetic reasons and to maintain the cleanliness of common areas, it is not permitted to hang laundry from windows or on terraces.

Any damage found in the room or common areas during your stay, as well as any items provided to you that are not found in your room on the day of departure, may result in charges.

Room keys are issued to you personally. Please return them to the front desk when you check out or leave the property. If you need to return after the front desk has closed, please keep your keys and access the rooms via the garden. If keys are lost, the front desk reserves the right to charge you for the cost of replacement.

Reservation Terms and Cancellation Policy: 

To guarantee and confirm your reservation, please provide us via email or phone with a phone number, a credit card number, and its expiration date, so that we may charge a deposit of 30% of the total reservation price via remote payment; the balance is to be paid on-site on the day of your departure. Your reservation may be canceled free of charge up to 15 days prior to your arrival. If canceled less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid will be retained in full. In the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. All cancellation requests must be made by email.
